Stop what you're doing right now and take a moment to watch this cool Californian corgi SURFING:

I know, right?!

The talented pooch is an eight-year-old corgi called Jojo, who's been a keen surfer for three years.

His owner, Josephine Zosa, explained that she introduced her pet to the unusual hobby as a means of 'therapy' after she and Jojo suffered a traumatic attack.

She said: "It all happened from when we got attacked by two dogs. I got attacked on my hand and Jojo almost didn't make it alive.

"We had to rush him to the emergency vet and did tons of rehab after his operation we started with hydrotherapy.

"When my husband came home from deployment, he took Jojo out to the beach and did therapy there. Jojo surfing is therapy and it had helped him to be healthy again. He got his strength and mobility back."

Josephine added: "We love being in the water. We get to bond and it's just fun being able to spend time together."

Yep, we totally get that - riding some waves in the Californian sun with your pet corgi sounds like the best day out ever.

While surfing is primarily a means of therapy for the adorable doggo, it's also something he's so good at that he actually wins contests.

"He won at the Purina challenge dog competition and was 3rd place in Huntington surf dog competition in 2016," Josephine said.

And as if that's not enough success for one wee dog, there's more: "He is also a therapy dog. He volunteers for the military, Scripps Memorial hospital, rehabs and elderly homes.

"He also goes to the city library where the kids read books to him."

Seriously, WHAT A GUY! He's a fraction of the size of most of us, has lived through a nasty attack and, well, is a dog, and he's still achieved far more than most of us could ever dream of.

So what's next for this busy, multi-talented corgi? Josephine said that Jojo will be competing again in September at Del Mar dog beach in San Diego - no doubt he'll absolutely smash it.

We highly recommend that you head on over to Jojo's Instagram feed to see what he's getting up to. Let's just say that he's got over 75k followers for a reason... Oh, and that he's a BIG fan of fancy dress.
