We've all been tired at work, whether it's from a hangover, a shitty night's sleep or you're just feeling a little under the weather. If you went and had a kip in the corner of the room, chances are your employer wouldn't be over the moon about it.
Unless your boss is Christian Avant that is. He's one of the owners of Milky Lane in central Sydney, Australia, and when a member of cleaning staff finished the job, rewarding themselves with a little nap he didn't really bat an eyelid.
In fact, it seems like he encouraged it - saying that 'life's hard sometimes' - when he posted the picture on to the restaurant's Instagram account. What a LAD.

He captioned the picture explaining to people that as long as the job's done they're 'all for a cheeky siesta'. Can't fault that sort of attitude.
Replying to some of the comments, the restaurant's account said: "The jobs done so do what you gotta do in the remaining time. Life's hard sometimes".
Before adding to another: "We're super laid back as long as the jobs done!!! Plus life's tiring in general".

According to the Mirror, Mr Avant, from Sydney, said the worker had cleaned two other locations prior to arriving at the restaurant at about 3am.
In an interview with Yahoo News, he added: "One of my managers there sent me the message and was a bit concerned, I asked if the venue was clean [and] he said 'yes'.
"So I said let him have power naps then, everyone gets tired. We're pretty cruisy guys, as long as he gets the jobs done. If you gotta curl up for a power nap, that's totally cool."
Fans of the burger, cocktail and dessert joint commented on the picture applauding Mr Avant's reaction to the little snooze.
One said: "You guys are amazing for laughing this off and being understanding of this. Some people are doing it so tough atm! So both a hilarious and wholesome post".
Another added: "Good on you Milkylane some of these people work 2 to 3 job to support there families".
A third commented: "Great attitude love it. Everyone sure does get sleepy and if the jobs done right then who cares".
When one person pleaded with the restaurant not to sack the cleaner, they responded saying: "No chance!!!! We're gonna leave a pillow tomorrow."
Anyone else desperate for a nap now?
