A little lad whose mum is suspected to have been murdered has written her a letter.
Ellia Arathoon, 29, was found close to the M53 on Thursday after she'd been reported missing eight days earlier. Her son, eight-year-old Reece Dunne, made the note for her after he was informed of her death.

The letter reads: "To mummy, I love you a million times around the world.
"I wish you didn't have to die. I remember playing with you and that made me happy. I know you are an angel now and you can see me all the time.
"I feel sad but I'm going to be brave, love Reece."

Incidents like this are thankfully rare, especially in Cheshire, and I appreciate that the public may be concerned about the police activity in the area.
