Yesterday, LADbible told you the story of the 'Miracle Cancer Recovery' of 17-year-old Deryn Blackwell, whose mum had saved him from dying, by giving him cannabis.
After years of alternatives, it did not look good for Deryn Blackwell who was first diagnosed with leukaemia in 2010, aged just 10.
His mum, Callie Blackwell, wrote in her book, The Boy In 7 Billion, that they took 'a decision that will horrify many parents reading this'. Yes, they gave their son cannabis, and his health improved.

What is even more remarkable is that Deryn's chances of survival were one in seven billion due to a rare form of cancer - Langerhans cell sarcoma.
Callie created a cannabis tincture to help her son, who was given three days to live and had already planned his funeral after three unsuccessful bone marrow transplants.
Deryn said: "Once you accept it, it becomes very calming, quite nice in the sense. After four years of treatment it's enough."
Her theory was she had 'nothing to lose' and he was 'dying anyway', but it is now thought this could prompt some serious medical research.

The effects of cannabis for medical purposes is still unknown, although many have claimed that it does work as a pain reliever and symptom curer.
Another therapy alternative is immunotherapy. Claire Cunningham underwent the treatment in Germany after struggling to walk, talk or eat through spine cancer.
After £110,000 of costs, Claire has made a full recovery and many believe immunotherapy is the 'future' of cancer treatment.
Speaking to This Morning, Callie said that the effects of cannabis "blew my mind. It wasn't what I expected.
"We noticed within half an hour he was chilled out, the anxiety stopped, he was able to relax."

Deryn's body began to produce white blood cells in a miracle recovery, and just to see if there was a correlation between the drug and the improvement, Callie withdrew the tincture.
Surprise, surprise the white blood cell count dropped.
The recovery was complete though, and Callie describes her son as 'perfectly healthy'.
