It's always heartwarming to read about fortunate people giving their money away to charities that are in need of their kind gestures.
But this young millionaire gave all of his money away under the most tragic of circumstances because in 2015 he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and said that it was the catalyst to use his wealth to make 'positive change'.
Ali Banat, from Sydney, Australia, lived a lavish lifestyle before he was told he was suffering with the deadly disease and earlier this week he passed away.

People are now donating money to his charity 'Muslims Around The World' with $1,041,438 AUD (£589,243/$783,047 USD) raised up to yet, and more donations pouring in by the second, according to Metro.
Ali was initially told he had only seven months to live, but he survived for more than two years longer than what was originally predicted.
The philanthropist and former businessman decided to spend his final years raising money for underprivileged Muslims after realising he was chasing the wrong goals.
Before his diagnosis, Ali, lived in luxury with fast cars, designer clothing and other material possessions. He only wore Louis Vuitton footwear and had a bracelet costing $60,000 AUD (£33,945/$45,109 USD).
One of his cars was a Ferrari Spider worth a measley $600,000 AUD (£339,237/$450,813 USD).

As soon as he got sick he realised that none of it mattered, saying: "When you find out you're sick or you don't have much time to live, this is the last thing you want to chase. And that's how we should live our lives everyday."
In a short documentary uploaded to YouTube channel OnePath Network, Ali described his illness as a 'gift'.
And, when questioned on his choice of language, he responded: "It's a gift because Allah has given me a chance to change."
When he was diagnosed, Ali, immediately sold his business and travelled to Togo, Africa, where approximately 55 per cent of the population lived below the line of poverty.

With between 12 to 20 percent of the population being Muslim, Ali quickly decided to use his money to build a Masjid (place of worship) as well as a school and then established Muslims Around The World.
The project proposes to build mini medical centre, a series of businesses to support local community, a school for 600 orphans and a place to house 200 widows.
What a difference Ali has made to the world - RIP.
