Do you often leave restaurants with your stomach still growling? Do you find yourself watching Man Vs Food and thinking 'pfft, what a wimp'? Do you like to get shit done?

If you answered yes to all of the above, you may want to think about taking this Bristol-based steak house up on their latest and greatest challenge.

If you think you've got what it takes to finish a block of steak the size of a small child, head down to the Ashville and prove yourself.

The restaurant has built a reputation for serving some of the best grub in the city and its previous monster steak challenge became well known for separating the men from the boys.

Featuring a huge 72oz (4.5lbs) of meat, it was a serious portion and finishing it would be quite an achievement by anyone's standards.

However, the new steak challenge is in a league of its own.

This whopping 96oz T-bone steak challenge makes its predecessor look like a kid's portion and the Leigh Street eatery is now challenging ambitious diners to come down and have a crack at it.

In a post on the Ashville's Facebook page, it said: "ATTENTION ALL STEAK LOVERS!

"We have a new addition to the T-Bone selection... 96oz!!

"So.. a new challenge. You have the option of TEN different sides to come with the 96oz T-Bone. You have to choose FIVE sides, and like the last challenge, you get ONE Hour.. to eat it all!

"Do you think you can do it? Or know someone that can? Don't be shy... give us a call on 0117 9396897"

Willing participants will be served the colossal six-pound steak and from there on out, valiant meat-lovers will be allotted one hour to finish the lot. If they manage it, the meal is completely free. If not, it will set them back a buttock-clenching £100. Although, it's not surprising when you consider how much meat is on offer.

If you think you can take on the challenge, give the The Ashville a call.
