Dairy Farmers And Arnott’s Unveil New Milkshakes That Actually Weren't An April Fools Joke

Many thought it was a wind up, but they'll be in store around the country from this month.

With yesterday being April Fools Day, everyone was sceptical of companies putting out new products that seemed too good to be true.

Pornhub unveiled a new sports drink called 'Baterade' and Google allowed users to play the Snake game over maps.

Each and every announcement was chalked up as an April 1st prank and wasn't given much more thought.

But it seems as though Dairy Farmers and Arnott's weren't mucking around when they debuted their cheeky collaboration.

Introducing Mint Slice and VoVo milkshakes.

They're iconic in their own right as biscuits but now they've been liquefied and turned into a milky deliciousness.

Dairy Farmers and Arnott's released a statement to WSFM, which said: "Dairy Farmers and Arnott's have joined forces to deliver a modern twist on some of Australia's most iconic flavours, with a limited-edition series of unique 'bikkie' inspired flavoured milks.

"Taking dunking to a whole new level, the two new flavours are a fresh take on some of Australia's favourite biscuit snacks, Arnott's Iced VoVo and Arnott's Mint Slice.

"Both are bound to get taste-buds tingling and are made with real ingredients; peppermint oil infuses the Mint Slice and the Iced VoVo resounds of fresh raspberry jam.

"Both products will launch nationwide in Independent Grocery and Convenience stores this April, with Coles and Woolworths supermarkets stocking the range from May 20.

"As this is a limited-edition release, consumers wanting to sip their way down bikkie lane are encouraged to get in fast to avoid missing out."

These will certainly divide opinion as some people believe you shouldn't mess with a good thing.
