Six Golden Tickets Have Been Hidden Inside Golden Gaytimes, Giving You Free Ice Cream For Life

The classic Roald Dahl story of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has captivated audiences around the world.

Well it seems like we've been gifted with our very own hunt for golden tickets after Streets hid six inside Golden Gaytimes.

Now, while you won't win a tour of the ice cream factory (which, to be fair, wouldn't be the same as Wonka's factory) if can net you a delicious prize of a lifetime supply of Golden Gaytimes or a not too shabby runner up prize of $10,000.

Streets has written on its website: "To enter, participants must purchase a specially-marked Golden Gaytime ice confection product during the Promotional Period. Once purchased, open the wrapper and eat through the product to reveal the stick.

"If your stick is marked with a unique serial number, you may be a lucky winner!"

Winner, winner, chicken dinner indeed. It's all to celebrate the company's 60^th birthday, and how else would you want to celebrate?

If you look at the terms and conditions (who does that really?), it's interesting to see what a 'lifetime supply' actually means. According to Streets, they will give you 1,742 Golden Gaytimes.

That would be one Gaytime a week for 33-and-a-half years. Not exactly a lifetime, especially if you wanted more than one a week, but it's still a decent prize.

The promotion will end on May 31, so tuck in ladies and gents.
