Switch The Kettle On, This Yorkshire Gin Is Flavoured With Tea

G&Teas at the ready.

It's a well known fact that a cup of tea will solve almost all of your problems in life. Any dilemma can quickly be forgotten about by just switching the kettle on, and fixing up a brew.

Obvs, there is the odd occasion that only something a little stronger than tea will do, and seeing as the UK is currently the gin capital of the world, a G&T is often at the top of our lists.

So, if you ever find yourself wishing that someone would combine our two favourite drinks for situations like these, then you're in luck.

Spirits brand Masons has answered all of cuppa prayers, by producing a gin infused with tea.

The dry juniper based spirit has subtle aromatic notes of tea and has a citrus taste that has been described as 'delicate and fresh on the palate'. It also has flavours of aniseed, cardomom and pepper. YUM.

Bottles of this booze are slightly pricey, but I am sure those G&Teas will be worth it. 70cl of this Yorkshire tea edition gin will set you back around £39.99, or £13.49 for 20cl of the scrumdiddlyumptious nectar.

If tea isn't your thing, Masons also has lavender gin.

For the same price as the tea-infused gin, you can try a spirit which has an intense fragrant taste, with subtly sweet notes of lavender.

All of Masons gin is distilled in copper alembic stills, and each of the 70cl bottles has a hand written batch and bottle number.

The botanical ratios for the brand's spirits are 'secret', and the recipe has been tweaked to perfection to create a delicious Yorkshire gin. There's also vodka to tantalise your taste buds too.
