Lad Goes From Skinny Teen To Absolute Beast

Lad Goes From Skinny Teen To Absolute Beast

Incredible transformation.

A lad has completely transformed his body thanks to a gruelling gym regime and seven meals a day.

Guy Harding, 23, 'fell in love' with weights aged 16 when he was a skinny teen. Since then, he's worked hard to get himself to the point he's at today and has even picked up a fair few trophies for his efforts.

He's so dedicated he even has his own key for the gym, where he works out for two hours every day.

Alongside his mammoth workout sessions Guy eats. A LOT. In an average day he gets through 19 eggs and half a kilo of meat, as well as 285g of oats and a shit ton of vegetables - adding up to between 4,500 and 6,000 calories every day.

Luckily for him, his bosses at Lloyd's Bank give him three lunch breaks a day - at 11am, 2pm and 4pm, so he can eat enough.

I don't know about you, but the idea of taking three lunch breaks a day is massively appealing to me, though I think the two hours a day in the gym is a bit beyond me.

Guy told the Mirror: "I first got into bodybuilding at the age of 16 - this was going to the gym and picking up weights - the very basic.

"I fell in love and never looked back.

"Started real hard dieting and training in 2014 - this is when the real results started happening."

He's so dedicated that he even misses out on parties, lads' holidays and family meals - but he does allow himself two cheat meals a week, usually pizza or a Chinese takeaway.

Be careful, there, Guy, my cheat meals turned into cheat days, which turned into cheat weeks and, well, cheat six months...

Still need motivation?

Guy was very skinny during his teen years, but there's always someone at the other end of the spectrum. Take Richard Branscun, who was formally known as 'Big Rich'. He was given the shock of his life when doctors told him he would be dead by 21 if he didn't slim down.

Aged just 14 he was 32.5st and knew something had to change.

He said: "Looking back on it now I realise that I ate food for comfort.

"People called me Big Rich and dating was also hard in high school.

"I would have people tell me that I was the perfect guy but I was too fat."

Since then, Rich has lost a staggering 21 stone from working out and enlisting the help of a nutritionist to get his diet under control.

Like Guy, Rich ended up falling in love with the gym. He added: "I walked in there with open arms and I told them my story and they told me they would help me reach all my goals and dreams.

"I lost over 300lbs with their help, they have become my brothers I've never had and are like family."

Since dropping that massive amount of weight, Rich has added seven stone of muscle and become a body builder.

I need some of his motivation...

Inspiring others

It's not just their own lives that these super-fit guys and gals can change. Tanya Rybakova has become a social media sensation after vowing to inspire others and setting herself up as a fitness guru.

26-year-old Tanya, from St Petersburg in Russia, lost almost half her body weight after being bullied for years.

She filmed her progress and posted it to YouTube, where she now has over 300,000 subscribers, who are all keen to pick up her diet and exercise tips.

It took Tanya three-and-a-half years to get down to 8st 5lbs (54kg), and after losing the weight she had an operation to remove the extra skin.

She said: "It's my own Cinderella story. Children were mean, so I didn't socialise - I had no friends and I spent a lot of time just reading.

"It was so bad I would come home from school crying and I didn't want to go back. Being overweight took my confidence.

"It's cool to see myself on television and often I can't believe this is my life."

Now Tanya runs her own fitness empire where she aims to help as many people as possible. She said: "The biggest change is confidence as losing weight shows you can do it if you want.

"You can change your life if you believe in yourself."

That's it guys, I'm joining a gym this weekend.
