This Little Gadget Gives You A Bullseye Target For Peeing

Why has no one thought of this before?

When it comes to potty training, I think it's fair to say that it's the parents of boys who have the rougher deal, with hand-eye coordination not being a particularly strong trait for most toddlers, many parents will find their toilet seats, bathroom floors and just about anything else in range covered in wee. Lovely.

But now, a neat little gadget has been released that might just help youngsters with their aim by introducing a target into the situation.

And, while The Toddler Target Potty Training Bullseye Light (catchy name) might be designed for kids, I'm sure most of us can think of a few fully-grown men who haven't quite got the hang of the whole being-able-to-piss-without-it-going-all-over-the-seat thing...

The clever little gadget attaches to the lid of a toilet seat and shines a target into the bowl, giving urinators something to aim at. So simple, but so clever.

The light works on a motion sensor, so it won't be wasting battery while not in use, and it can double up as a nightlight for your bog, so you don't need to put the light on while going for a late-night wee.

Available for around £23 on Amazon, the light has already got some rave reviews, with one person saying: "Love this thing. I have two boys, three counting my husband, and they all love it. They love 'peeing on the target'.

The clever gadget clips on to your toilet seat.

"My husband loves it to put light in our bathroom at night without having to turn on the full light. So far, they stick well to the toilet seat and the motion sensor works great. Hoping it can help to prevent messes going outside the toilet bowl. We shall see."

Another happy customer wrote: "It's great. Motion sensor works great. I blame it on my boy that we needed it. But it really was for both of us. Haven't had an issue with him peeing on the back wall since getting it. It keeps his focus on the bowl."

While a third said: "This product allows you to focus a little green laser beam right where you want it to. I aimed it directly in the center of the toilet bowl and it really helps my son focus on directing his stream properly. No more wayward splashes of urine to stink up the potty. (I think it's helping my husband pay attention as well).

"I'm so thankful for this product and I highly recommend it to anyone who has little or big boys in the house!"

So, there you have it, if you're sick of piss-soaked floors it might be time to splash out and get one of these.
