Person Gets Roasted By Internet After Posting Photo Of Sick Day Set-Up

Luckily, one user had the poor invalid's back, offering: "There's nothing wrong with the room mate, I actually like it."

Despite the fact that you feel a bit crap, sick days can actually be quite a nice experience. You bring the duvet into the living room from your bed, stick on the TV and watch the rubbish daytime TV that work usually keeps at bay. At one point you'll slope off into the kitchen to heat up some soup or have some toast, before getting back onto your makeshift sick bed.

One person felt pretty smug about their day off from work, posting a picture of their set-up to Reddit and asking users what they should spend time doing after being struck ill.

Unfortunately, the internet is a pretty savage place, which means that rather than giving the poor sod any meaningful feedback, most people spent their time absolutely roasting their living room.

The person's statement mirror seemed to come under particular scrutiny, with one person suggesting: "Jump through that portal on your wall and see if takes you to a universe where you have a modicum of taste?"

Someone else simply told them to 'bin that mirror', while someone else said: "Checking in. Mirror been slated? Good. Carry on."

Others weren't too keen on the colour scheme in the front room, with one Reddit user comparing it to a prison cell, writing: "Post pictures of your grey prison cell on the Internet."

Someone else felt that the walls were the colour of 'stewed liver'.

Another combined a mirror dig with a colour scheme dig, saying: "Did all the colours go out the wall vortex?"

Ah, and there's also the carpet, which seemed to be yet another source of disgust for these picky Redditors.

"Mow your carpet," one said.

Geez, tough crowd, eh?

Luckily, one user had the poor invalid's back, offering: "There's nothing wrong with the room mate, I actually like it."

A few others actually had some helpful ideas - well, semi, helpful - with one saying: "There are usually 500 episodes of Come Dine With Me on 4OD.

"Makes you feel a bit better about your life as it's sort of a cooking programme, and therefore informative."

A few stated some slightly less wholesome viewing ('Porn on the big screen!') but there were also suggestions of the Grand Prix, Black Mirror, Archer and the snooker.

We reckon this person just needs to stay hydrated, rest up, enjoy a day of crap TV and ignore the haters.
