People Can't Believe Celebrity Lookalike Isn't Really Cheryl Tweedy

Sian Teesdale from Swansea responded to 'This Morning's call for celeb lookalikes, and she's the spitting image of the Girls Aloud star

Being a celebrity lookalike must be pretty irritating. People stop you in the street, ask if you're some famous person or another, only for you to say 'No, I'm just me,' before they trudge off disappointed. Y'know how it goes. It can't be that fun.

That didn't stop one woman from raising her hand emoji style today though when This Morning asked its fans if any of them look like a celeb, admitting that she looks a bit like Cheryl Tweedy. She really, really does.

Sian Teesdale, from Swansea, Wales, replied to the UK ITV morning programme's call-out on their Facebook page and very quickly ended up stealing the show.

"Do you look uncannily similar to a celebrity?" the show posted. "Maybe a member of the This Morning family is your doppelgänger? Leave your celeb lookalike pictures below!"

Sian quickly replied with a comment, saying: "So I get told I look like Cheryl Cole. I'm a big fan of her so I'm not complaining xxx."

Alongside her comment, Sian posted a selfie of herself posing in a baseball cap. Her resemblance to Cheryl is uncanny, we have to say.

Other commenters on This Morning's post were amazed, with half of them refusing to believe that her picture wasn't that of the Geordie pop singer.

At the time of writing, Sian's selfie has been liked nearly 900 times with over 180 people sharing their own thoughts on the snap.

"My god, you are so similar to Cheryl!" one said. "Absolutely beautiful Sian x"

"Look like? No honey you're twins separated at birth." another added.

"Geez I had to check your photos to make sure u didn't actually post a pic of Cheryl as a joke..." said a third. Nope, looks like it's entirely legit.

Day to day Sian works as a kids' entertainer, going to parties dressed up as Disney princesses like Belle from Beauty and The Beast and Ariel from The Little Mermaid.

She's been pretty amazed by the attention people have paid to her post, but insisted that she doesn't get carried away with her comparison to Chez.

"I had no idea it would blow up like it did," Sian told LADbible. "Especially people thinking I stole Cheryl's picture."

"I really don't live my life thinking I look like her," she added. "It's just what I get told from the public."

Sian's stance is probably a wise one, as relying on looking like a celebrity isn't what it's cracked up to be - remember that Iranian teen who tried to look like Angelina Jolie and ended up looking like a zombie? It later turned out to be a stunt - thankfully, you'd have to say.
