Identical Twins Claim They Do 2,000 Squats A Day To Maintain Their 40-Inch Bums

It should take no effort at all to look like your identical twin, but Miriam and Michelle Carolus have put in a lot of graft to ensure their appearances match as much as possible.

The sisters have amassed more than 1.3 million followers on Instagram, in large part due to their 40-inch bums. But the twins didn't acquire their bountiful booties by just sitting on their arses. To the contrary, they claim they do up to 2,000 squats per day to maintain their prized assets.

Speaking to Barcroft TV, Michelle said: "We make sure we eat the same, exercise the same - everything the same.

"We're focused on having the same exact bodies so our measurements stay exactly the same.

"If one of us gains or loses in a part of their body, the other tries to match up. To maintain the curves, we have to do a lot of abs, leg and butt exercises.

"We try to do a couple of thousand squats a day to keep in shape. It won't be all at the same time. It will usually be stretched over something like nine hours."

Nine hours a day, wow, that's like a full-time job; but then again, it basically is their full time job. The 31-year-olds make their money through their Instagram account, Double Doses, and their fashion label 'Dose of Desires', and they say 90 per cent of their earnings are made by their booties.

But even if there is no arguing that maintaining their mammoth behinds is arsential to their business model, some cynics might reason that it would be easier for the Carolus twins to get bum implants, rather than spend nine hours a day doing squats.

However, while the sisters admit to spending a total of $20,000 on two boob jobs each, they say they have never surgically enhanced their famous bums.

More surprisingly still - given they and their arses have a proportionately huge online fan base - both Miriam and Michelle are single. Between them they've had nine serious relationships, but they say their special bond always seems to get in the way.

Michelle said: "It's kind of hard. He has to understand that, 'this is my girl, this is her sister' and they are always going to be around each other.

"It's been very challenging. For a relationship to work with one of us, the man would need to love my sister but never see her in a sexual way, even though we both look the same and have the same curves."

Yeah, hate to break it to you Michelle, but if that is your boyfriend criteria, then you're going to be single forever... Though if Miriam expects the same of her man, at least you'll always have each other.
