Woman Left With Square Breasts After 'Surgery Goes Wrong'

She now plans on suing the surgeon who carried out the operation

A beauty blogger has been left with a square breast after she says enhancement surgery went wrong.

Yulia Debbagkh, a Russian social media star, posted pictures of her chest which appears to have become a bit...quadrilateral-y.

She says silicone implants inserted 13 years ago are now so misshapen that she is planning to sue the clinic which performed the surgery. Lawyers reckon she could be in line for a one million rouble - £12,600/$17,512 - payday.

But her online posts on the issue were greeted - predictably, perhaps - with a torrent of taunts. Trolls labelled her 'square tits' and a 'silly cow', while one declared "I hope your next boobs are triangle shaped."

Yulia - who doesn't reveal her real age - explained in her original Instagram post that, "the implant is not torn, it is simply rumpled. Of course, it is impossible to smooth it. New full-scale replacement surgery is needed."

And the self-declared influencer added: "My bust will be better than ever." That's the spirit, chuck! As the old saying goes, if at first your breast enhancement doesn't succeed, try and try again.

Yulia also took to Russian TV channel NTV to name and shame the clinic where the surgery took place, the Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology in Moscow. And she further allowed cameras to film her while she underwent an examination by Maxim Nesterenko, the surgeon who will carry out the new work.

Nesterenko said that, during her previous operation, the implants were incorrectly put inside her - because they were laid over instead of under the muscle.

"This time we will do it the proper way," he reassured viewers. "We will remove the old implants, put new ones under the muscle. And these new implants will be modern ones. These days manufacturers give a lifelong guarantee."

Not everyone online mocked the situation either. One follower, Lilia Topoleva, praised Yulia's "courage for demonstrating to others what happened."

The supporter added: "Not every woman would show this. Well done, thank you. I am thinking about surgery too."

Either way, Yulia hasn't let the experience put her off going under the knife. Since the breast implant, she's had cosmetic work on her nose, legs, lips and chin.
