A woman who found her dream home pulled out of the sale at the last minute when she discovered the $2.2million (£1.6m) property had been used as a set for porn.

I don't know about you, but I think that would make me more keen to buy the place. It'd make a great conversation starter at dinner parties, plus when you show your pals around you could ask them if it looks familiar...

However, Linda Fein felt quite differently. Shortly after making an offer of $1.8 million for the house in Paradise Valley, Arizona, she was told by the estate agent that the owners were in the 'entertainment industry'.

She later learnt that the house had been used as a set for 'Wifey's World' a site ran by Kevin and Sandra Otterson.

Speaking to AZ Central, Linda said: "At that price point, I figured there might be some courtesy to the buyer.

"I just can't make Thanksgiving dinner on counters where a porn star has been lounging around."

Linda told the news outlet she was shocked to that the home's previous use had not been disclosed to her.

The house is owned by Kevin and Sandra Otterson who run Wifey's World.

Louis Dettorre from the Arizona Department of Real state told AZ Central there is no statue that specifically lists the filming of porn as a disclosure item when it's up for sale.

Linda added: "I certainly believe there are people out there who wouldn't care about the house being used for those purposes. I'm just not one of them."

The Ottersons, known as 'Hubby' and 'Wifey' to their fans have been working in the adult entertainment industry for almost 20 years.

Their site has a healthy following with its Twitter account having over 350,000 followers. Its Twitter account also shows off pictures of the interior of the lovely home.

The property, which is yet to be sold, comes complete with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and amazing views of Mummy and Camelback mountain. And, of course, it's pretty famous, which is either something you're totally fine with or, in the case of Linda and her husband, not.
