Teen Says She's Set To 'Marry' A Zombie Doll She's Fallen In Love With

A teenager has revealed that she's in an 'intimate' relationship with a zombie doll who she is due to 'marry' next month.

This might take some time to grasp but stick with us.

Felicity Kadlec, 19, claims she has been in a relationship with her zombie doll, Kelly (yes, she's named the doll), for the past three years after being gifted her when she was just 13. N

Felicity, from Massachusetts, says that her and Kelly have a 'genuine connection' - no, you're not reading an article about Love Island but it's an easy mistake to make, we get it.

And to confirm their love further, Felicity and Kelly are planned to get 'married' in September this year. Whatever floats your boat, Felicity.

You just couldn't make this up.

The student, who has her 'partner's' name tattooed on her arm, said: "I found Kelly on a creepy doll collection website and I was gifted her when I was 13.

"But it wasn't until I was 16 years old that I started to get feelings for her, but it was something that I kept on trying to deny.

"I have had boyfriends in the past, and I always thought that I was in love with them - but they never made me feel the way I do now.

"Unfortunately a lot of people don't understand our relationship, but I am so confident that I'm in love with Kelly that I got her name tattooed on my arm.

"We have a normal, intimate relationship which is progressing in the normal way - and we are getting married in September."

Despite having owned Kelly for over six years, Felicity claims it took her three years to discover her true feelings for the doll.

She said: "Our relationship was on and off since I was 16, because I would tell myself that it was wrong and break it off."

We wonder how that conversation went down.

Felicity added: "But over the past year I have really come to terms with my feelings for her and I know that my love for her cannot be changed.

"I got her name tattooed on my arm in the spring because she's always going to be a part of my heart - she is a part of me and no one can change that.

"I am intimate with Kelly - I caress her and feel safe with her, and I feel a genuine connection when I'm having an intimate moment with her.

"Myself and Kelly are now set to get married in September, as it's the same month as our birthdays, and I have even bought the rings already." Hope our invite is in the post.

Although Felicity is confident of her feelings, she claims that she has received criticism for her unique relationship.

She said: "I get a lot of different opinions about Kelly and I's relationship - but I expect that. I know there are some people out there who think I should be with a real human, but to me Kelly is real.

"I do even receive criticism from my friends and family - if we go out with them they won't let me bring Kelly with me.

"If we go for food she always has to stay inside the car because people will stare at her, so we've never been able to have a date in public.

"But regardless of what other people think about our relationship, she makes me happy and I love her so that's all that matters."

We need to go and have a lie down. Preferably in a dark room. But good luck on the upcoming nuptials guys. Well, Felicity.
