Blake Lively has just deleted every post from her Instagram account - yup, every single photo, including her profile pic, snaps with her husband Deadpool Ryan Reynolds and all the rest.

Her 20.4 million followers were probably pretty shocked by the move, which seems to be some sort of weird promo for a film she's about to star in.

As well as deleting her posts, Blake now follows just 27 people - all women named Emily Nelson, weird, eh?

Her Instagram bio now reads: "What happened to Emily?" Never mind that, what happened to Blake?

According to E! News, the change in her account is likely to part of a campaign for her new upcoming thriller A Simple Favor, which also stars Anna Kendrick and Linda Cardellini.

The film, directed by Paul Feig, follows 'mummy vlogger' Stephanie (played by Kendrick) going on the hunt to try and find out the circumstances of the disappearance of her best pal Emily (played by Lively).

E! News dug a little deeper and found that in the book by Darcey Bell, which the film is based on, the full name of the character played by Blake is Emily Nelson. So, mystery solved.

However, the mystery wasn't solved so quickly by fans who took to social media concerned that the actress had been hacked:

Thankfully, that doesn't appear to be the case and we can assume that once the film is released Blake will be back on social media trolling her husband.

Most recently, she had the last laugh in her and Ryan's ongoing spate of gleeful, mutual Twitter baiting.

She shared a sickeningly cute photo of the couple sharing a moment, where Ryan can be seen smiling at his wife, who has a hand gently placed on his chest.

However, experienced banter merchant Blake captioned the photo: "If there's one thing I'm infinitely proud of in this picture, it's the incredible hair styling that I did on myself."

There's nothing like a little bit of gentle ribbing of your other half, is there?
