Actor Drake Bell has hit out at fans who criticised him over his looks.
Sharing a photo of the Drake and Josh star on Instagram, one person wrote: "He was a SNACK! So why he walking around looking like table crumbs now." Which is shitty enough, but then a bunch of people piled on in the comment section saying that the hadn't aged well and that Josh was better looking.
However you feel about the actor going in on him over looks isn't really on - and many fans did jump to his defence.

And then Drake himself got involved, replying to one commenter he said: "I thought I made y'all laugh and you liked me. I guess I was wring and everyone really hates me and thinks these awful things why even continue?"
To another he replied: "This is nuts, why are you doing this?"
Before writing: "I'm so confused by all of this hate out of nowhere. You guys really know how to break a guys spirit for nothing. Hope you enjoyed the laughs I guess..."
Following his comments more fans joined in to stick up for the 31-year-old actor turned singer.

Others have taken screenshots of the exchanges and posted them on Twitter critising those who chose to attack Drake over his looks.
This isn't the first time the actor has used his social media account to vent; when his former co-star Josh Peck got married to his long-term partner Paige O'Brien and didn't invite Drake, he took to Twitter to blast Josh over showing his 'true colours' adding 'message is loud and clear'.
Naturally, fans assumed this meant the pair were feuding and 'ruining our childhoods'.

Thankfully, two months later, they posted a picture of them hugging it out and fans breathed a collective sigh of relief.
