Summer's over, kids. We had the longest heatwave any of us can remember, we all frolicked in the park with a few beers, and some of you got your summer penises. We had a bloody nice time.
But while we've not even finished August yet, all that seems to be over already. That is of course unless you're Elton John, who's 'winding down' his summer by lapping up some sunshine with David and Victoria Beckham.
Posting a photo with David and Victoria to Instagram, Elton wrote: "Winding down my Summer holiday with these lovely people."
The Beckhams can be seen lounging about in their chic summer getup, posing to the camera like the social media pros they are, while Elton is rocking his signature flamboyant style - floral shirt, colourful shoes and those trademark tinted sunnies.

David then also posted a photo to his Instagram, writing: "Uncle Elton.... We have known each other now for 25 years... Fun times with each other."
He also added the emoji with heart eyes, before tagging Elton and his husband, David Furnish.
God, imagine being part of that friendship group when they're on their jollies. I bet they spend all day sipping rose on a boat before heading back to the villa for some freshly-caught seafood on the veranda. As the air cools, Victoria nips inside to pull out a cashmere cardi, while David and Elton look up at the stars and gently start singing 'Your Song' - David's a bit drunk by this point so he starts welling up.

They all slope off to bed, cheeks rosy from expensive plonk and the kind of mild sunburn that celebs get, the elegant type that turns to a tan while you sleep.
Then just think about all the WhatsApp messages when the holiday's over - "Oh ELTON, remember that time you made the langoustine dance along to you singing 'Rocket Man'. LOLLLL! [dancing lady emoji] [champagne glasses clinking emoji] [generic various seafood emojis]".
Fans of the famous friends also enjoyed seeing the holiday snaps, with one Instagrammer commenting on David's picture: "Two great legends, one boat, one love...everyday is paradise."
Another said: "My fav player and my fav singer in one pic."

Meanwhile, someone else commented on Elton John's photo to point out a minor miracle that was taking place: "She's actually smiling! The world has waited years! Hats off to you vic!"
Ah, the smug grin that comes with knowing your life is so much better than everyone else's. Fair dos.
