Conor McGregor seems to be hell bent on becoming a jack of all trades. He's made huge waves in the world of MMA, and has recently acquired a boxing licence in the hope he can eventually fight Floyd Mayweather.

He also appeared on Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, as well as being a self-declared fashion icon. Now, according to reports, The Notorious is preparing to dip his toes in the world of acting.

Of course, a man as successful as McGregor, who is one of the best at what he does, doesn't start small - he starts big. It's no surprise then that his first alleged acting role will come in one of the most popular TV series about - Game of Thrones.

"It's been agreed that McGregor will appear in one of the remaining two seasons of Game Of Thrones," a source told The Sunday Life, the Mirror reports. "He was headhunted as it were by HBO, as one of the Game Of Thrones directors is a huge UFC fan. They believed that he would be a perfect fit for the show."

To be honest, I don't think the Crumlin-born fighter would be out of place running around on horses, slapping the head off dragons and basking in the glory of Daenerys Targaryen's campaign.

Perhaps he'd fight The Mountain in single combat? Maybe he'd be a cocky warrior who takes Dany from Daario? Potentially he'd lead Littlefinger's Eyrie army. Who knows.

Last month at UFC 205, McGregor defeated Eddie Alvarez to become the new UFC lightweight champion, becoming the promotion's first ever dual winner. Last week, though, it was revealed that the Irish native would have to relinquish his featherweight title to Jose Aldo. McGregor is reportedly unhappy with the decision and maintains that he is still the official featherweight champion, simply because he still has the belt.
