Bam Margera was reportedly arrested at the weekend for DUI - and essentially handed himself in without meaning to.
TMZ reports that Margera was driving when he noticed officers had pulled over another motorist.
He allegedly then pulled over himself and decided to talk to the police, who detected a strong smell of alcohol on him and asked Margera to take a sobriety test, which he failed.

The website also reports that his family and friends are now taking immediate steps to get him help, and are actively seeking out a rehab centre for him.
"He's with a friend out there and we're trying to see if he wants to go to rehab or anything," Bam's brother, Jess, told Page Six.
"We're trying to help him from across the country."
Just three months ago, the Jackass and Viva La Bam star was said to be getting his life back on track, having welcomed his first child and made a triumphant return to skateboarding - and was able to reflect on the hard and fast life that eventually caught up on him

"At its worst, I would probably just wake up around 11am and instantly start drinking vodka and purple Gatorade," he told Vice recently.
"By the end of the night, I would probably have ten pints worth of it. It was pretty bad. It was weird, because there would be times where I would go on a three-day bender of drinking and then five days of not drinking. When that five days ended, I would go on a two-day bender."
Margera was suffering not only from alcoholism, but also bulimia.
"What happened with me was that I was on the Steve-O tour and we had to do this stunt called the 'Tequila Stuntman'", he explained to Vice.

"You sniff a line of salt, squirt a lime in your eye, and take a shot of tequila and then throw everything up after. There would be like 5,000 people in the audience at time, so I had to learn how to barf on command.
"Once I figured that out, it was all over, because whenever I felt like I ate too much or drank too much, I could just barf instantly on command without even putting my finger down my throat. If it was bread, I couldn't do it, but spaghetti easily. Spaghetti is really easy to throw up on command. Pizzas and subs were harder."
In a Viceland interview, Bam also spoke openly about being paid $10,000 (£7,573) to make appearances at shows, drink shots and pose for photos with fans, but also spoke of the toll it took on his health, and how doctors warned him he would have to stop skating.
