Spending night after night after night in the jungle with all the creatures that go with it - rats, snakes, spiders and whatever else is hiding in the undergrowth - is bad enough, but now the contestants of I'm A Celebrity... have been given something else to worry about.

According to The Mirror, the show's Medic Bob has issued a health warning to those ladies taking part who have, um, larger assets. Yes, apparently those female camp members with bigger boobs - by that they mean fake - are at more risk of developing a fungal infection.

Bob said: "The biggest problem I have with people with large breast implants is that because of the humidity in the jungle, fungus grows very quickly on your skin and with big breast implants if they are rubbing on their chest and if they don't clean under their breasts they can get a fungal disease.

"They do need to use the jungle shower a lot, I tell them to keep clean and wash every day, twice a day, and some don't."

While he didn't mention her by name, we assume that Medic Bob has, among others, 35-year-old Rebekah Vardy in mind.

That's because the wife of Leicester City footballer Jamie Vardy - who met the striker when she was hired to organise his birthday party in January 2014 - recently admitted going under the knife and getting a boob job in her 20s.

It was Made In Chelsea star Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, who became the first female celebrity to wash in the show's famous shower.

The news comes after the programme was accused of staging a segment on yesterday's show.

As always, the first episode of the programme started with the celebrities getting to know each other, and then making their way into the jungle.

One group made their entrance by jumping out of a helicopter, while the other had to 'walk the plank' off the edge of one of Gold Coast's high-rise buildings, but could the scene have all have been faked?

Well, according to the internet, it may have been. Check it out for yourself here:

In the footage, a woman is seen walking underneath the stars who were supposedly '334 feet in the air'. However, the scale and perspective all looks a bit off.

Facebook user Tom Smith posted about the clip, and now tons of people have commented on the picture trying to work out whether or not it's real

Tom captioned the screenshot: "Bottom left that woman's rather large considering she's 320 plus foot lower than the celebs!!!"

Since it was posted the picture has gone viral, with thousands of I'm A Celebrity fans sharing and liking the odd image.

One user wrote: "No way that can't be true. there not even high up ... that's just ruined how funny Jamie was last night now[sic]."

Another commented: "I reckon they do it but it's no where near as high as we think...."
