Many of us are getting a little bit bored of the #10YearChallenge, a new viral trend that urges people to share a current photo of themselves along with another from a decade ago.
Sure, your hair looked a bit shit back then, and you really regret those rosary beads now, but the fact that you've aged a bit over 10 years shouldn't really come as any surprise, should it?

But some people are just about keeping the challenge afloat by getting a bit more creative with it - using it as an opportunity to do a spot of gentle trolling.
Josh Brolin is one of the latest to shake things up a bit, tweeting a duo of photos with the caption: "Wow. It's been ten years. I look at myself back then and I can't even believe it: no discipline, that hair, even the necklace. Haha. I don't know what I was thinking. The right supplements, listening to Super Soul Sunday Podcast and following David Goggins has really thrown me onto the right path.
"My head's just in a different place now. I really like about half of the people I meet. About 50%. Yeah, about half. #10yearchallenge #growthmindset #bigpicture."
In case you don't know, the photo on the left is actually one of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson in his earlier days - which has become meme gold ever since it resurfaced.
Brolin's face has been Photoshopped onto The Rock's body - well, Brolin in his Thanos guise - and the result is bizarrely convincing.

One person commented: "This wins the #10yearchallenge joke posts, by far."
Another wrote: "Laughed so loud at this...brilliant. I am waiting for @therock to respond now."
A third said: "Oh my gosh this is freaken hilarious."
Elsewhere in the Marvel world, Deadpool's been taking the piss out of Hugh Jackman - adding fuel to the fire of the light-hearted trolling war between Ryan Reynolds and the Aussie actor.

A tweet from the Deadpool movie Twitter account said: "Hey @RealHughJackman, took care of your 'Ten Year Challenge' for you."
But, as you can see, that second picture isn't quite the 10 year glow-up the challenge usually reveals - quite the opposite.
Many fans tweeted to say the post was 'savage AF', while one wrote: "That was rough. That was just like a bottle of salt spilled straight in one eye ROUGH."
Another said: "It's still too soon."
