People Reckon Emily Blunt's SAG Awards Dress Looked Like A Vagina

It was a stylish, lovely gown, but people on social media couldn't help but mention it looked like something else.

Hollywood is electric this time of year as it's the much hyped 'awards season', where actors, producers, directors and everyone else involved in making movies and TV shows vie for a coveted gong.

While a lot of attention is paid to the winners on the night, even more attention seems to be paid to what these glamorous people wear on the red carpet.

Some people make statements with their outfit, others try to shock, some like to ooze old Hollywood glamour and others just chuck on a frock and enjoy their night.

But social media was ablaze about one particular outfit at the Screen Actors Guild Awards: Emily Blunt's.

As the Mary Poppins Returns actor walked the red carpet with husband John Krasinski, people couldn't help but point out that the double nominee's dress looked a lot like a vagina.

Pink in colour with wavy frills that came up from her ribcage and finished at her shoulders, it's hard not to see the comparison.

One person on Twitter wrote: "Listen I love Emily Blunt and would never speak ill of her ever but it was a bold choice to go to the #SAGAwards in cosplay as a vagina."

Another added: "Love her, voted for her, but are we not going to acknowledge the Emily Blunt looks like she's wearing a vagina?"

A third described how it was a rogue dress but was still cool, saying: "Emily Blunt is wearing a dress that looks like disco space vagina so obviously I LOVE it!"

But all this vagina chat is probably not what Mrs Blunt will be worrying about in the morning as she won a SAG Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in her husband's film A Quiet Place.

She seemed truly blown away by the announcement and made sure to thank Mr Krasinski in her speech, which made him tear up.

"Thank you so, so, so much. I am so moved and completely lost for words and unprepared," she told the room of A-listers.

"I am going to share this completely with my husband, John Krasinski, because the entire experience of doing this with you has completely pierced my heart. You are a stunning filmmaker. I am so lucky to be with you and to have done this film with you."

She was also nominated for Outstanding Performance By A Female Actor In A Leading Role in Marry Poppins Returns.
