His latest look is one people can’t help but feel they’ve seen before.

We've seen Jonah Hill rock a lot of looks in his time, both on and off-screen. From the braided hair seen on set of Maniac and the toothy grin of Donnie Azoff in Martin Scorsese's Wolf of Wall Street through to that time he lost an absolute buttload of weight, it feels like we've seen it all.

But his latest look is one people can't help but feel they've seen before.

Appearing at the Game Awards on Thursday night, Hill was sporting new peroxide blonde hair, reminding surprised fans of one of his past characters: pre-glo up Schmidt in 21 Jump Street.

"Jonah Hill is constantly stuck in the character creation screen," one person tweeted.

"Jonah Hill at the Video Game Awards all like the grown up version of his 21 Jump Street cover," another pointed out.

"Jonah Hill really be looking like early 2000s Eminem," a third wrote.

Not everyone wanted to take a dig, though, with one fan simply commenting: "Jonah Hill. Swag level 1000 #TheGameAwards."

Luckily Hill's taken it all in his stride - and even joined in on the joke, commented on an Instagram post by Justin Timberlake announcing that he had to postpone show dates due to bruised vocal chords.

Joking about how he resembled 90s, N*Sync-era JT, Hill wrote: "I have decided to fill in for JT on his remaining dates. It's what we do in our incredibly small circle of people with extraordinary voices. Feel better. I got you until you do."

What's more, Hill's new hair do is far from his biggest transformation - that would be his incredible weight loss, which he sought advice for from his 21 Jump Street co-star Channing Tatum.

Hill rang him up to ask for advice, and Tatum came back to him with a very frank and straight-to-the-point reply.

"I wanted to get in better shape, so I called Channing Tatum and said, 'Hey, if I ate less and go to a trainer, will I get in better shape?'" Hill said during an interview on The Tonight Show.

"Yes, you dumb motherfucker, of course you will. It's the simplest thing in the entire world."

Wonder if he went to Eminem for tips on how to peroxide his hair?
