Ryan Reynolds Trolls His Mum On Twitter In Mother's Day Post

In what should be an affectionate post for his mum, Ryan Reynolds does what he does best and trolls her over social media.

He's back at it and it didn't take long at all, of course it didn't, it's what he does best. Obviously we're talking about Ryan Reynolds and his classic trolling ways.

We're used to him making jibes at his wife, Blake Lively (and her right back at him), but we're not as used to him passing on this humour to his own mother, Tammy Reynolds. As long as she has his banter, we're sure she'll be just fine.

Yesterday was Mother's Day in America - don't worry our UK friends, you've not missed anything hopefully you had it covered back in March anyway.

Many were thanking their mum's for what she's done over the years, affectionate pictures were flying around and some mighty extravagant gifts too.

And taking to Twitter Reynolds said: "Yeah, you've made some unsettling romantic decisions. But that never stopped you from being an amazing mom. #HappyMothersDay".

Fans found his comment hilarious with one commenting: "thank u for birthing ryan". Yes, cheers to that.

Another said: "This is just beautiful. There's nothing sweeter than a guy who loves his mom and shows it.Hope she had a very #HappyMothersDay"

And a further fan added: "unsettling romantic decisions? Wonder what Ma thinks of yours over the years boy?"

Reynolds has been all over recently promoting his new film Deadpool 2 and days ago he recalled a strange encounter with one fan.

The actor plays Wade Wilson, the foul-mouthed lead in the Marvel franchise, and it seems that certain fans of the films are unable to control themselves whenever they spot him.

Take the man who spotted 41-year-old Reynolds on board a flight and asked for a high-five. This sounds fine on the face of it - we bet loads of people would love a high five off him (yes, even us).

But then he explained that the man's wife was in the process of being stretchered off the plane at the time.

The Canadian recalled the incident on The Graham Norton Show, which is set to air this Friday night, saying: "I was on a plane with a honeymooning couple and the bride became very ill - not just throwing up ill, but really painting with her internal organs."

Ryan continued: "She was taken off the plane on a stretcher it was so bad. As her new husband followed her out, he spotted me and shouted, 'Deadpool. High five!'

"It was a surreal moment - firstly, I didn't want to high five him just in case he was infected and secondly, he seemed to have no concern for his dying wife!"

Some people just know how to prioritise, right?
