Travers ‘Candyman’ Beynon Explains Why Girls Have His Company Logo Tattooed On Them

Travers ‘Candyman’ Beynon Explains Why Girls Have His Company Logo Tattooed On Them

After the Australian magnate posted photos of girls bearing tattoos of his company logo, critics struck out. But there is a reason.

He's known for his flamboyant behaviour and hedonistic tendencies, but has Aussie tycoon Travers 'Candyman' Beynon gone too far this time?

TAKE A LOOK INSIDE THE CANDY SHOP MANSION:

After Beynon - who is married, but also claims to have several girlfriends and is famed for throwing wild parties - posted the pictures of numerous lady pals sporting the tattoos, people began to call him out by saying that it looked like he owned the women.

But it turns out there's a reason why the girls in question let themselves be branded - Beynon had run a competition offering the first 40 people to sport the tattoo free flights to Australia to attend one of the shindigs at his home, known as the Candy Shop Mansion.

Beynon was after 40 people - 30 women and 10 men - to have his company's logo permanently inked into their skin. While it's unknown if he found all 40, as the pictures show, there were certainly a number of revellers who went through with it.

After all, flights to Australia are expensive, so getting a tattoo was probably a lot cheaper than buying a ticket. And you can always get them covered up after.

One man from India even posted a video of himself getting the logo tattooed on his body in an effort to win - hopefully it worked for the fella. I mean, can you imagine getting that done, only to find 40 people had got there before you and you missed out on a free ticket?

Beynon is famed for hosting big bashes at his mansion in Brisbane and says he shares a bed with four women every night. At one of his house parties - well, mansion parties - last year, paramedics responded to six calls from drugged-up, booze-addled revellers.

While Beynon's parents technically own the company, he claims that it was his investment and his money - which he apparently earned as male model in the USA - that turned it into the incredibly successful company it is today.

Fair play to him, if that's true. We're still not getting the logo inked anywhere, though. Free flight to Australia or not...
