Comedian Frankie Boyle has said that he walked out of a corporate gig after he witnessed sexual harassment, and after calling people out was given the brush off of 'It's Christmas!'.
Of course, Boyle's not exactly a stranger to controversy himself:

However, his tweet read: "I walked out of performing at a corporate once because a guest got onstage and slapped a female performer on the bottom. When I told the organiser I was leaving they were genuinely baffled and explained 'It's Christmas!'."
Many of Boyle's 2.8 million followers praised him for publicly making a stand against sexual harassment, and putting his money where his mouth is.
Others, meanwhile, were quick to point out that Frankie Boyle's comedy is widely known for its inappropriate gags. Usually for the Scottish comedian, nothing is off-limits - from Hitler to disabled children.
In 2010 he famously made his crudest joke, which was about Katie Price's son, Harvey. As part of the gag, he said that Price and Peter Andre were in custody disputes as neither of them wanted him, before going on to add that Price had to date cage fighters as she needed someone strong enough to stop Harvey 'fucking her'.

Then, of course, there were the times he controversially joked about Madeleine McCann, Rebecca Adlington and Jade Goody. Or the time he made light of Robin Williams' mental health and subsequent death, pondering why James Corden couldn't have got depressed.
See, that's the thing that all too many people seem to forget - the internet always remembers, and despite your best efforts it also rarely forgives...
