Love Island star admits she ruined her face with lip filler

Faye Winter got candid about her cosmetic procedures and revealed she is 'full of regret'.

A former Love Island star has opened up to fans and admitted she ruined her lips with filler.

Faye Winter, a finalist on the seventh series of the reality TV dating show, got candid about her experience with cosmetic treatment.

She shared a video with her 1.2 million followers this week and revealed how she looked before she received fillers.

Winter added that she gets ‘embarrassed’ and is ‘full of regret' when she looks at old photos of herself.

“My lips, they have been a talking point for the last two years and I am campaigning for only medical professionals to be able to carry out any type of procedures on our faces and inject them with any kind of substance,” she advises in the video.

"So let's take a look at my journey and go through it in my own words.”

The clip then jumps to an image of her ‘lumpy’ lips, which she admits: “I had to keep having them topped up and I kept pumping them up real slowly to this."

The video then proceeds to show another image shortly after Winter received more lip filler, which she points out this the ‘biggest’ they ever got.

"At this point I knew I’d gone too far so I chose to get them dissolved,” she said.

The reality star reveals that once she got her lips dissolved, they looked ‘awful’ as her skin became so ‘overstretched’.

However, Winter says she eventually when to a medically trained professional who injected 0.5ml of filler in her lip, adding she finally got the result she ‘always wanted'.

“I honestly love them so so much. I will only now maintain this size and I think they frame my face perfectly,” she continued.

Winter concluded the video by warning viewers to seek treatment only from a medically trained professional who knows ‘exactly what they’re doing'.

Earlier this year, Winter even spoke to Daily Mail about the importance of being transparent with fans regarding cosmetic procedures she receives.

“I can learn from my mistakes and rectify it and if I can help one other person not make the same mistakes I did, then I've done a good job and I will make those mistakes just so others can learn from me,” she told the outlet.
