People can’t stop thinking about Tom Holland watching Zendaya in new trailer for Challengers

People can’t stop thinking about Tom Holland watching Zendaya in new trailer for Challengers

People are wondering what Zendaya's boyfriend Tom Holland thinks of her role in the new steamy trailer for Challengers

People can’t stop thinking about Tom Holland watching Zendaya in the new trailer for Challengers.

The trailer dropped yesterday for the new film starring the 26-year-old actor alongside Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor.

Zendaya plays Tashi, a tennis pro with a hugely successful career making her a celebrity who goes on to cause major lover drama.

Rihanna’s ‘S&M’ booms through the trailer as her faithful husband Art (Faist) sticks by her side from their younger days of starry fame and through her knee injury.

The pair have been dating since 2021.

But there is also O’Connor’s Patrick, part of the teenage love triangle with Tashi and proving to be a challenger to Art in every way as injured Tashi encourages her husband to compete in the Challengers tennis tournament.

From a threesome scene to kick off the trailer to her – already iconic – slinging out lines like ‘I’m taking such good care of my little white boys’, it’s set to be a steamy flick.

But in the midst of Zendaya bopping between her boys, fans are diverting their minds to her irl boyfriend, Holland.

The pair have been in a relationship since 2021 and met as ‘best friends’ on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016.

As MJ and Spider-Man, they’re a fan-favourite couple so it’s no surprise some people are concerned for Holland as Twitter goes crazy for Zendaya’s new trailer.

The trailer caused a stir with fans.

One fan wrote: “Spiderman (Tom Holland) really just lost Zendaya to two mfs without superpowers LMAOO,” as they shared the clip of Faist and O’Connor kissing her neck from each side.

Fans joked in the comments: “No superpowers just superboners.”

Another called back to the Marvel movies and replied: “MJ after Strange removed Peter from her memories.”

And one wrote: “Damn… everything bad happens to Spidey.”

Fans flooded to Twitter to react.

Others quipped: “Do you know how strong you gotta be in the acting world for you to watch yo girl do this.”

Evidently getting somewhat excited by the clip, one fan admitted: “Never thought I’d be excited about a movie about tennis this year but here we are.”

That said, Holland and Zendaya are always super supportive of each other’s roles and as an actor, I guess you’re gonna have to see your girlfriend run two other guys into a love frenzy at some point, right?

Challengers, directed by Luca Guadagnino, is set to be released in cinemas on 15 September.
