You may or may not know by now that Beyoncé is starring in The Lion King remake. Well, not in exactly, it's an animation, rather she will provide the voice of Nala.

But clearly the guys at Disney have realised it would be daft to employ Beyoncé without getting her to sing a bit, which she does in a new advert for the film.

The 37-year-old superstar sings Elton John's 'Can You Feel The Love Tonight?' no less, which of course first featured in the original The Lion King, which was released in 1994.

The song is performed as a duet with Donald Glover, who voices Simba in the remake.

The advert opens with the pair singing the chorus A capella, before moving into the third verse, which goes: "The peace the evening brings / The world for once in perfect harmony / With all its living things."

All the while, viewers are shown just how different and spectacular the new film will be, as the new look of characters such as Rafiki (John Kani), Mufasa (James Earl Jones), a young Simba (JD McCrary), Pumbaa (Seth Rogen) and Timon (Billy Eichner) is revealed.

The film is one of many Disney classics being remade for modern audiences - including Beauty and the Beast and The Jungle Book, with Dumbo and Aladdin also on the cards.

But The Lion King is arguably one of the most highly anticipated, given that the original animated version was recently voted the best animated film of all time.

Let's face it, it's the one we all remember as kids - not only did it teach us about life's biggest motto ('Hakuna Matata', obvs), it also taught us how to deal with grief, among many other big life lessons.

As such, there is added pressure to get it right when digging up such a well-loved film, so the question is, are you feeling the love?

The Lion King is released in cinemas in the UK and the US on 19 July, but if you can't wait that long, pass a few minutes by checking out this lion and his cub sharing a massive cuddle in a real-life Mufasa and Simba moment.

The brilliant snap was captured by photographer Sabine Bernert in Masai Mara, Kenya, who said 'it was a pure moment of grace'.

She said: "The lion pretended he hadn't seen the cubs until the last second. Then they started to play joyfully.

"I especially love the moment when the male lion is hugging the cub softly - the contrast between his brute strength and his gentleness, the huge size of his paw very softly holding the little cub.

"I was amazed by the way this huge lion was playing so gently with the cubs. They really looked like they were enjoying themselves and have fun. With the delicate light of the sunrise, it was a pure moment of grace."
