Ah, what would we do without Ryan Reynolds giving us teasers and behind-the-scenes treats for the Deadpool sequel? We'd have to simply wait around for the film to actually be released, that's where, and that would be boring as hell.

In his latest video to fans, he takes us to the set of re-shoots for forthcoming Deadpool flick, hilariously showing us the not-so-glamorous side to filming.

"Just walking down the longest, scariest hall ever," he says to the camera - dressed in his Deadpool outfit - before spinning it around to reveal a pretty creepy corridor.

"Like, has anyone not died of a messy stabbing death in this hallway? Jesus."

In a later video filmed in the same hallway, he reveals that he's brought an employee from the set with him this time - you know, for 'muscle'.

"Okay, we're back in the hallway again - the never-ending scary hallway," he says.

"But I brought security with me this time, I brought Hayley. She's the muscle of this operation.

"What a lot of people don't know is that this entire hallway has been constructed out of congealed hepatitis, so it makes for a surprisingly sturdy cinderblock.

"You learn something new every day, right? The more you know..."

The movie executives have been teasing us with a few promotional posters and clips here and there, but last month they decided to drop the trailer. And it did not disappoint - combining the winning duo of epic, funny and foul-mouthed language that we instantly loved in the first film:

There's even takes a dig at the shambles that actor Henry Cavill was embroiled in while filming Justice League and Mission: Impossible 6 - he had to grow a moustache for the sixth installment to Tom Cruise's franchise but had to be clean shaven for Superman, meaning the tech crew behind the superhero movie had to digitally remove the facial fuzz.

That's hilariously referenced in the trailer when Brolin's character is seen with a green arm, supposedly for special effects - leading to Reynolds pausing the clip and yelling out: "What in the actual ass? Dale! Why are the visual effects not done? It's a metal arm. It's not like we're trying to remove a moustache."

He then adds: "Ah fuck it, I'll do it myself."

We can't wait to see Ryan Reynolds don the red and black superhero suit - and now the end is in sight, as the trailer also informed us that the movie will thankfully be ready for 18 May. That's the day before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding, which of course pales into insignificance when compared to one of the most highly anticipated sequels ever. We're hyped.
