Keith Lemon Always Gives The Same Advice When People Meet Holly Willoughby

This is what Keith Lemon tells guests to do on Celebrity Juice when they meet Holly Willoughby

I'd be pretty nervous if I was going to meet Holly Willoughby. The Celebrity Juice panelist has been a mainstay of the show since it first aired in 2008, alongside Fearne Cotton and presenter Leigh Francis, better known by his alter ego, Keith Lemon.

With the new series set to air this week, the first episode is due to go out live, with actor, comedian, podcaster and sometime political opinion-haver Russell Brand making an appearance.

And Lémøn has some advice for guests on the show when it comes to meeting the This Morning presenter.

It turns out that Willoughby is incredibly persuasive when it comes to making men stay out partying, namely because we are all utter morons who like partying and will/would do whatever Holly Willoughby says.

As reported in the Sun, he says: "Generally every male on the planet tries to flirt with Holly 'cause she's incredibly attractive.

"I always just tell people, 'Don't look in her eyes! Do NOT look in her eyes.' If you do she can ask you to do anything and you'll do it, so you just can't look into those eyes."

"You know if you want to go home instead of going on to the next party, and she asks you to go on? Don't look in her eyes and you'll go home, but as soon as you look into them and she says, 'Let's go to another party,' then you're like, 'Oh OK.'"

"She's fun to go out with, she's good trouble, she enjoys herself. That's what you see on This Morning when she's hungover."

How Willoughby goes from a night on the tiles to appearing beside Phillip Schofield (aka Gordon the Gopher's former sidekick) on This Morning I do not know, but I'm guessing she has the ability not to sink 12 pints on a night out before downing a greasy kebab at three in the morning, which probably helps.

Celebrity Juice returns on 22 March on ITV2. The show has been a light entertainment staple since it first aired a decade ago, not least because of the tongue-in-cheek humour of host Keith Lemon, who made his name on the classically weird Bo' Selecta!.

The early-00s sketch show featured a rubber-masked Francis performing bizarre impersonations of various celebrities including a northern Craig David (he's actually from Southampton), a Scouse Christina Aguilera (she's American), a Mancunian Britney Spears (also American) and upcoming Celeb Juice guest Russell Brand.
