So... 2019, eh? There's a lot to look forward to. Driverless cars, self-tying Nike shoes, Brexit...
OK, maybe it's a bit bleak in reality, but there is at least a lot going on in the world of TV and film. There's Avengers: Endgame, there is the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, there is John Wick 3... you get the idea.
Through the magic of Twitter, we've managed to establish which of the many cinematic and televisual events you guys, the LADbible readers, are looking forward to the most.
Let me tell you, it was close. In fact, there was only two percent in it. However, with 45 percent of the vote, GoT finished in first spot.
Regardless of the small majority, the will of the people must be respected, and the people cannot wait for the release of Game of Thrones.
We asked you to choose which release you are most up for in 2019 from Game of Thrones, Star Wars: Episode IX, Avengers: Endgame, or 'other'.
To be fair, the last season of 'other' was crap, anyway.
Obviously, there is a lot more to come in Westeros on Game of Thrones, and perhaps it gets a few extra votes because it is going to go on for longer (six episodes in total), while the other two are feature films.
Anyway, people are right keen to find out who will sit on the Iron Throne, who will win between the living and the dead, and whether or not someone is going to explain to Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen that they are blood related, for Christ's sake.
Well, the news is good for almost half of the 16,542 people that responded to the poll, because they've got the least time to wait for their choice.
In fact, it is now less than a month until the final Game of Thrones series gets underway. It starts on 15 April on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
It's going to be big, too. According to everyone who is in it, the battles are the biggest ever (on any show, if they are to be believed) and the body count is going to rack up.
That's not exactly a surprise if you've watched even a single episode of the show before now.
As for Avengers, you've got until 26 April to wait. If it's Star Wars you're holding out for, that is coming on 19 December.
By the way, if you're the person who responded 'other' and then asked for that Pokemon: Detective Pikachu film, there is no hope for you.
