Game Of Thrones Finale Sees Plastic Water Bottles Left On Set During Filming

Two weeks after coffee-gate happened and they're at it again

*WARNING: THERE WILL BE NO SPOILERS IN THIS ARTICLE - UNLESS YOU DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW THAT THERE WAS A WATER BOTTLE LEFT ON SET... MY BAD*

First it was coffee cups left on set, now it's plastic water bottles. Can Game of Thrones actors just stop hydrating, FFS?! It's ruining everything. Well not everything but some people are massively over exaggerating (shock).

So, without spoiling absolutely anything, when filming began on the season (and entire programme) finale some of the actors forgot to shift a plastic water bottle from the set. Meaning that eagle-eyed viewers got the chance to rip the scene to shreds.

Another disappointed GoT fan said: "You're telling me in the two fucking years y'all took to make this fucking season no one caught the coffee cup OR THE F.U.C.K.I.N.G WATER BOTTLE?" Chill out, mate.

Throwing it back to coffee cup gate (because, why not bring that up again?), it took a lot of viewers by surprise to see Daenerys Targaryen partaking in some kind of takeaway coffee drinking sesh.

There it is, just sitting there on the table.
HBO

You'll remember that during episode four some characters had just survived a huge battle between the living and dead.

Everyone was in high spirits and in the mood for a wine or six. Except for the Mother of Dragons that is, who seems to instead be keeping her wits about her with a takeaway coffee.

Of course, there's nothing wrong with turning down an alcoholic beverage in favour of something caffeinated, it's just fairly unclear where she managed to get her hands on such a drink in Winterfell, as there's been no mention of a Starbucks/Costa/Central Perk as of yet.

HBO managed to take the mistake with good grace and, in a press release, they said: "The latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake. Daenerys had ordered an herbal tea."
