The latest trailer for James McAvoy's new flick Glass is here and it looks so good.

The new movie is the sequel to the excellent Split and is also set in the same universe as M. Night Shyamalan's Unbreakable - making this the final film from the trilogy.

The movie also stars Sarah Paulson, Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson.

Previous trailers have shown Dr. Ellie Staple (Paulson) a psychiatrist who is seemingly working with the men and the 'superhero delusions' experienced by them as they sit together in an institute.

However, this latest trailer introduces a lot more action and shows The Beast (McAvoy) on a rampage, which is scary AF.

As you'll remember from Split, Kevin Wendell Crumb (McAvoy's character) had 23 different personalities, one of which was The Beast.

Speaking about the movie, Shyamalan said: "When I made Unbreakable, I kind of intended to do three movies. Just in my head, I was thinking to do that.

"It wasn't received well at the time. I just felt hurt, so I moved on, but it grew into this moment here where I wanted to make smaller movies, then I made Split and that was the opportunity to come back to it."

He also added that he had been building up to this movie for two decades, so we're probably in for a bit of a treat.

McAvoy underwent an impressive body transformation to get ripped for the new movie. In an interview with Mr Porter, he revealed how he got in shape...and it involved a lot of food.

"I ate between 5000 and 6000 calories a day," he said. "Instead of eating two eggs in the morning, I'd eat eight. Then a snack of chicken breast. Then two chicken breasts for lunch and a steak for another snack. Then two salmon steaks for dinner."

He also knocked the booze on the head and trained like a demon.

Speaking about his training regime, he said: "I Googled, 'Good way to put on muscle quick' then went to a gym and did it myself. It was a power-lifting routine called 5×5. You do five different exercises four or five times a week - huge, big exercises. It's super-simple but works every muscle."

Glass is out in cinemas on 18 January 2019, so we've not got too long a wait to see all this shit go down.
