Cheeky Kid Photobombs Sunrise Reporter During Live Cross And Flips Her The Bird

It didn't phase reporter Edwina Bartholomew but the crew were in stitches.

Being a TV reporter has its downsides, especially when you're doing a live cross in public. You could be doing the most serious story of your career while someone in the background starts making a mockery of you.

But, if you're a good reporter, you'll keep going and not let even the biggest of distractions affect you.

That's exactly what Sunrise reporter Edwina Bartholomew did while she was doing a live cross in England about Meghan Markle's baby.

A cheeky little kid saw the opportunity to say hello in a particular way and it couldn't have been funnier. As the car he's in rolled past the broadcast, the child raised his arm as if he was about to wave but flipped the bird instead.

The reactions have been split between hilarity and criticism.

"He's obviously watched Sunrise and is giving his assessment. Seems about right," wrote one person.

"Slap that kid in the face!" said another.

A third said: "What a brat. All I can say."

At least the Sunrise crew seemed to see the funny side of the situation and laughed it off. I guess that's all you really can do - can't exactly chase the kid down and ask for a live apology.

Photobombs happen in all shapes and sizes. The whole 'fuck her right in the pussy' was a nightmare for many journalists who would be doing live crosses as it could happen at any time, any place and always get a reaction.

But for people just going about their lives, trying to capture nice moments, it can even be more annoying.

Take Jillian Henry for example, who was taking some celebratory high school graduation pictures in front of a river, when a rather amusing intrusion in the background gave the photographs a completely different outcome.

Rather than standing in the foreground of the Willamette River, with a big grin and a happy-go-lucky attitude, symbolising the end of secondary education, Jillian was snapped turning her head to look at a naked man and his dog who'd wondered into the frame of the picture.

Jillian posted the pictures on Twitter and managed to rack up 45,000 retweets and 124,000 likes.

"We just thought it was pretty funny," she told Indy100. "We had two other friends there who couldn't see him. They didn't understand why Elena and I were laughing so much."

What are you even supposed to do in this situation?

At least she'll never forget her high school graduation, and she's got one hell of a story to tell her kids on their graduation day.
