Macaulay Culkin Perfectly Recreates Iconic 'Home Alone' Scenes

Pretty much everyone who comes into contact with Macaulay Culkin probably bangs on about Home Alone, well that was until they saw those worrying photographs of him looking rather unhealthy, which became the only thing anyone focused on for a while.

Until now that is. Because in a twist of events that we thought would never happen (with the obvious addition of what we reckon will be a lot of money) the actor has recreated some of the best scenes from the iconic Christmas film and it'll have you beaming from beginning to end. We promise.

Kevin McCallister himself - plus 30 years - partnered up with Google for an advertisement recreating the movie - and showing off Google Assistant.

They got every detail spot on down to the questionable yet traditional decor.

The advert features recreations of clips such as the bathroom scene, jumping on the bed - albeit an extra few foot taller and the time Kev gorged on ice cream as the pizza delivery boy arrives.

We watched on in delight as he sat and enjoyed mac and cheese - only this time we didn't wonder how the hell a little boy managed to rustle up a meal that wasn't Coco Pops and milk.

Alright, we know it's not difficult but were you happy throwing pasta together at eight?

At one point when Kevin told Google to 'begin Operation Kevin' it gets a bit Matilda, what with the fire self-igniting and all - but we can get over that in no time. Especially seeing as that scary AF furnace made the cut.

Google also uploaded another video called 'The Making of Home Alone Again with the Google Assistant' where Kevin, I mean Macaulay, chats about stepping back in time.

After a few bloopers, he explained: "It was interesting going back and doing a lot of stuff. They did a very good job on the set decoration and all the props and all the shots were really spot on."

We're happy he seems to appreciate it as much as us.

He added: "I'm hoping that people are really going to dig it."

Oh we definitely dig it and we've already planned an evening of Home Alone - Happy Christmas ya filthy animals.
