Danny Fackin' Dyer has been tipped to follow in his reality-TV star daughter's footsteps with a rumoured appearance on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!

And I, for one, am so here for that. Let's just get Danny King of the Jungle crowned right now, shall we? Danny's daughter, Danni Dyer, is currently taking part in this year's Love Island and has won herself an army of fans who are all rooting for her and the pen-salesman she's got herself involved with.

Now, odds have been slashed on her da, the diamond geezer, going Down Under after he appeared on Good Evening Britain with Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.

Speaking about his daughter Danni Dyer's career he said: "She's a talented actress - I've had my moments with reality TV as well and I struggled with it when it first came around because it does crossover to what we do.

"It is an instant thing at the moment and it is a career... why not try and do something like this Love Island - everyone's talking about it and she can earn loads of money and crack right on.

"It is a career - you can earn loads of dough and get loved and adored for it."

And he's right, because his daughter is smashing it on Love Island and proud papa Danny took the chance to heap praise on her for being 'kind and genuine' on the show.

After making the comments, William Hill dropped oddsfrom 8/1 to 5/1 for him to go into the jungle.

A spokesperson from the bookies told OK magazine: "Danny made it clear that he is not against reality TV and we think there is a great chance that he will be off to the jungle.

"Although we think Strictly might not be up his street."

Obviously, Danny is best known for his acting credits, but he's no stranger to being himself on camera - hosting documentaries including The Real Football Factories and Danny Dyers' Deadliest Men (which is brilliant, by the way).

He's also appeared on Who Do You Think You Are? where it was revealed that he was a distant relative of the Queen. Would you Adam and Eve it?
