By this point I think we're all agreed that Paul Rudd is some sort of Time Lord, surely there's no other explanation to his youthful effervescence, right?
Well apparently there is, as the Ant-Man actor finally revealed his 'secret' to retaining his boyish good looks all these years, despite knocking on the door of his fifth decade.

During a reunion of the Clueless cast at Chicago's Comic & Entertainment Expo, the 49-year-old was once again asked about his wrinkle-free skin.
Joking, Rudd said: "I'm 80 years old on the inside," he said, before point to his chest, adding: "In here, pure darkness - and a little moisturiser."
OK so it may be a bit of a tongue-in-cheek response, we're fairly certain he's not actually got a heart of darkness, but this isn't the first time the Anchorman star has addressed the issue of his age.
People are always asking him how he does it.

During an interview on The Graham Norton Show in 2017, he was shown a photograph from his time as a student at the University of Kansas in the late 80s - and he really doesn't look any different. At all.
Sure, he's got less hair now (thankfully), but he's still looking as youthful as he did in his college days.
"Honestly, it is weird. You don't seem to age," Graham said to Rudd.
To which Rudd joked: "I feel awful on the inside."
Seth Rogen, who joined him on the sofa, said that despite initially looking younger than Rudd, he thinks he now looks like the Ant-Man star's dad.

"To be fair, though Seth, when we met you were 15 and you looked like you were 37," Rudd said.
Graham then showed a yearbook photo from his days at the University of Kansas.
"I remember taking that picture and I worked on my hair - I worked on that," said Rudd.
"I was greatly inspired by Michael Hutchence, who was my hero at the time, and I think I tried to blow it dry and it came off looking a little more Bon Jovi than I anticipated."

Last month Rudd presented the Best Visual Effects gong at the Oscars alongside Sarah Paulson; but while First Man got the prize, yet again it was Rudd's ageless looks that got viewers talking.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "Wow does Paul Rudd even age?"
Another said: "Another award show, further proof that Paul Rudd does not age."
While a third commented: "Paul Rudd seems so nice for a guy that obviously bathes in virgin's blood to stay young."
