Sky Atlantic Is Showing Every 'Game Of Thrones' Episode Back To Back From This Weekend

The countdown to Game of Thrones season eight is on, which means there's only one logical thing to do - watch every episode of seasons one to seven from start to finish. Obviously.

If that's your plan, you're in a helluva lot of luck, as Sky Atlantic are showing every episode back-to-back from today at 9pm.

Seven seasons may feel like a lot to catch up on, but when you break it down, it's really only two days, 15 hours and 30 minutes' worth of viewing time - if you have the bravery to do it all in one go, that is.

But in two days, 15 hours and 30 minutes, you get years of action with Jon Snow, White Walkers, dragons, battles, bastards and a whole lot more packed into that time - not forgetting all the blood, of course. And if you've not seen it, here's a warning: there is a lot of blood.

Maybe you watched it the first time around and just wanted to refresh your memory - because why wouldn't you? - it's a chance to relive all the action, all the drama and, of course, all the heartbreak. Another warning/spoiler for first-timers: there's an awful lot of all those things too.

If you're in that select group that's never watched it... well, first of all, why not? Secondly, this is your chance to get to grips with everything you've been missing out on.

Either way, time to get hyped as expectation continues to build ahead of the final season ever next April.

GOT season eight is probably the most hotly-anticipated series heading to our screens in 2019, and with the cast and crew keeping everything super top secret, it's worth re-watching episodes just to see if there were any clues as to what we can expect in the upcoming episodes.

Sky Atlantic bosses announced via Twitter they would be showing the whole thing. posting a trailer alongside the comment: "Two days, 15 hours, and 30 minutes. For those who know nothing, your watch begins."

That definitely seems aimed towards those who haven't yet indulged in all things Jon Snow, but it's also a stark (get it? Stark? Anybody? C'mon...) reminder that we are a mere four months away from see how it all ends... not to mention who - if anyone - will live to sit on the Iron Throne.

It's December. Winter is here. Let's do this.
