The highly anticipated Grand Tour, the new Amazon Prime motoring show hosted by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May is seemingly coming along nicely.

We've seen photos posted by the trio, been given little insights into what they're doing; but now, we've finally been given the first look at what the show will look like.

The three former BBC presenters began filming their first studio recordings in Johannesburg, South Africa, earlier today. The trio can been seen inside a rather swanky looking tent, surrounded by a modest audience.

Earlier Clarkson tweeted saying he 'loved today', hinting that the new format of a travelling studio audience is working so far.

He also shared a picture of the scenery, indicating that there'll be some breathtaking views while the studio filming takes place.

It's certainly looking very good.

The trio haven't at all seemed phase by the revamp of their former show Top Gear; but why would they?
