Horror fans: the latest It trailer is here and if you like shitting your pants, you're in for a treat.
The remake of Stephen King's terrifying book is set to hit cinemas on 8 September and it looks so good.

If you're unfamiliar with the book, or the original 90s miniseries, it tells the story of seven children who are stalked by a predatory, shape-shifting being referred to as 'It'.
It usually takes the form of a properly creepy looking clown called Pennywise. Tim Curry played the role of Pennywise in the 90s; the reboot will see Bill Skarsgård will put his own spin on the eponymous being.

The new film is directed by Andrés Muschietti, who previously worked on Mama. In an interview with US Today he said: "It's established that Pennywise takes the shape of your worst fear."
So, in my case, It would look like a phone-call from an unknown number - but in King's universe, It is this clown:

Muschietti continued: "He doesn't have a steady behaviour, he doesn't expose how he thinks, and that's what makes him really unpredictable.
"And because no-one knows what he'll do next or how, the space between appearances - with the occasional red balloon creepily floating by - becomes a feeling of dread that grows in people's minds.''

I have to admit, I had my reservations over whether Skarsgård would be able to fill Curry's clown shoes, but after watching this I'm absolutely willing to give him a shot.
I think Curry single-handedly gave an entire generation a phobia of clowns, myself included - is it weird to hope Skarsgård can do the same?
You looking forward to this or happy to give it a miss?
