The Trailer For Toy Story 4 Has Just Been Released

Here we go again...

Guys, try not to get too excited too quickly, but there is a new trailer for Toy Story 4.

The latest instalment of the film series in which toys come to life will hit cinemas on 21 June 2019, and now we can get a decent look at what is actually going to happen in the Disney Pixar romp.

The latest trailer shows everyone's favourite (supposedly) inanimate objects taking a road trip. Obviously Buzz Lightyear and Woody are there, as is Bo Peep. There are a few new friends, too.

Meet Forky.

OK, so it's not the first time we've met this character, but it is the most we've seen of it. It looks like it was made in school by Bonnie, but other than that we know very little about it (him?).

What we do know is that Forky isn't exactly a toy in the classic sense of the word. In another trailer, Forky explained: "I am not a toy. I was made for soup, salad, maybe chilli and then the trash."

Fair enough, then.

Anyway, have a look at the trailer. We don't learn much, but we can certainly tell that it's going to be a whole lot of fun.

At one stage, it looks as if Buzz is going to get kidnapped at the carnival. He immediately sets about making friends in the same way that he did in the first ever Toy Story flick. That is to say, everyone immediately hates him.

In fact, Ducky and Bunny, two fellow 'prizes' - excitingly, voiced by Jordan Peele and Keegan-Michael Key - seem to dislike Buzz intensely.

In the trailer, Bunny says: "Hey up here, Astro boy - if you think you can just show up and take our top prize spot, you're wrong,"

I'll bet that he does just that, mind.

Returning to act in the film alongside the likes of Key and Peele are Tim Allen, Wallace Shawn and Annie Potts, but alongside them will be some new faces such as Keanu Reeves, Christina Hendricks and Kristen Schaal.

We've already been warned that this is going to be a tough watch. To be fair, most of us bawled at the end of Toy Story 3. However, in a recent interview, Tim Allen said: "It is so emotional, it's so funny, it's so big, the idea they've come up with, I'm startled. I couldn't even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker."

Oh God.
