Let's just take a second to appreciate what those in the limelight have to put up with. What an actual ball ache that must be.

They're called out for how they act, sing, live their lives, breathe and even look. That's pretty shitty, right?

The latest celebrity facing backlash is Black Mirror: Bandersnatch's Will Poulter. Arguably one of the nicest guys in the biz.

Poulter, 25, who plays game programmer Colin Ritman in the new Netflix Original film, posted a statement on Twitter confirming that he will be stepping back.

Poulter doesn't directly address what has brought on his decision - however, people have referred to it being the result of comments made over the way he looks.

If this is the case he probably didn't say anything because he didn't want the 'bullies' to get bullied. Again, what a LAD - also, this is just a presumption, btw.

As well as Bandersnatch, Poulter is also known for his role in We're The Millers, The Maze Runner and Detroit.

Following the tweet he posted, fans have been flooding his account with support.

One said: "I'm so proud of you for absolutely everything, and I hope this 'break' is beneficial to you. We all love you and will always support you through every decision."

Another added: "I've been following your career closely and I have to tell you how much I admire this. You are real and transparent about issues in your life & model how to deal with mental health for young people."

What a guy, one who we certainly hope to hear more from soon.
