We all know that not all heroes wear capes but some, like Gal Gadot, do.
Gal, in full Wonder Woman costume, paid a visit to Inova Children's Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, over the weekend to help lift the spirits of the patients.

And it wasn't just the kids that got a kick out of meeting the super-hero, members of staff were also pretty pleased to meet the actress.
Dr Lucas Collazo, who works at the hospital, tweeted out a photo of Gal alongside a bunch of staff members hailing her as a 'true Wonder Woman'.
The hospital's official Twitter account also heaped praise on the actress for taking time out of her busy schedule to spend some time on the wards.
Naturally, the post of Gal at the hospital quickly went viral with hundreds of fans gushing over the star's kind gesture.
Filming is currently underway for Gal's second stint as Diana Prince - Wonder Woman 1984, which is due out in November next year.
The film is set in 1984 and, although details have been kept strictly under wraps, fans were treated to a couple of first-glimpse shots.
As well as Gal, Chris Pine will also star as Steve Trevor and Kristen Wiig will join the cast as Cheetah.
The 2017 movie was a massive hit with critics and fans, netting $821.8million when it was released. It is now the highest grossing film with a female director and the 22nd highest grossing movie off all time in north America. Pretty impressive.
