One of the best parts of the whole show is when French Maître d', Fred Sirieix, bestows upon us some glorious excerpts of advice. The way the words just roll off his tongue is enough to make anyone want to pack it all in and become a waiter at his restaurant.

The thing about first dates in general is that they're awkward. Let's just admit it. Every Tinder first date I've been on, I've made sure I'm solidly drunk before turning up.
