Honey G Has Failed To Make The Top 100 In The Charts And 2016 Is Saved

Rejoice. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Praise Jesus. Praise the people. Praise Paddy on social.

2016 is saved! Honey G - yeah, remember her?, has released her single 'The Honey G Show', and it hasn't even made the top 100 in the official charts, thankfully.

To put this into perspective, at the same time 'Mr Brightside' from The Killers, released in 2004, was placed at 100 in the official charts. Basically if you sang something once one time you have a chance of being there.

Yes, this may possibly be the last time you ever have to hear her name.

What's even better is the record company which signed her, 'Syco', is owned by Simon Cowell and it's nice to know he makes the occasional error from time to time.

The single was available to download from December 23rd and disgustingly it did initially shoot into the top 10 on the iTunes chart (iTunes, not official), but has since dropped harder and faster than a Liverpool title challenge (wait til February before you shoot your bolt and comment).

She told Digital Spy just last week that she was hopeful of getting a second single, stating:

"What I want to do is negotiate a deal. We want to make it happen. I don't think there is a specific timescale - I think they are allowed to make two singles with me, and then if they make a third, they have to make an album."

Dream's over Anna/David Cameron - now, when you say Honey, the masses really do say 'screw you!'.

However, for a bit of nostalgia, here is her destroying Tupac's 'California Love'.

If there's something wrong with you, and you are more pathetic than Nigel trying to get with Kelly at the Christmas party, you can listen to her single here.

Or if you want to hear a banger and sing it out loud and think of happy memories of necking people in nightclubs, click here.
