Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Have Named Their Child Psalm

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have named their newborn child Psalm.

Thirty-eight-year-old Kim revealed the news in a tweet this evening, showing a picture of the couple's fourth child.

The caption read: "Psalm West."

The post showed a screenshot of a text message from her husband, Kanye, which says: "Beautiful Mother's Day. With the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure. We have everything we need."

Since the name was revealed, well wishers have been showing their support for the celebrity couple.

One fan wrote: "I am so happy for you Kim and the whole family. Such a gorgeous name."

A second said: "Such a beautiful name. Congratulations on the arrival of your beautiful baby boy!"

A third put: "Congratulations to you and Kanye. Psalm and Saint both biblical names."

While another follower added: "So precious, have loved watching you and Kanye grow your family. You have 4 of the most beautiful babies in the world. "

The famous couple welcomed Psalm into the world last week following a surrogate birth.

Again, the reality star announced the news on social media, writing: "He's here and he's perfect."

They already have three children together; North, five, Saint, three, and Chicago, who celebrated her first birthday earlier this year.

Kim added later: "He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."

They used a surrogate for this pregnancy after the 38-year-old was advised not to get pregnant again.

This was after she suffered a condition called placenta accreta, which is where the placenta grows too deeply into the uterus.

Speaking about her surrogate before the birth, Kim said: "Having a gestational carrier is definitely different, but anyone who says or thinks it's the easy way out is completely wrong.

"People assume it's better because you don't have to deal with the physical changes, pain or complications with delivery, but for me it was so hard to not carry my own child, especially after I carried North and Saint."

And Kimye don't plan on stopping just yet and hope to have more at least three more kids.

Kim said: "Kanye wants to have more, though. He's been harassing me. He wants like seven. He's like stuck in seven.

"[Seven kids is] crazy. I could never, especially in like the world we live in... I've been kinda hesitant about having more kinds because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this."
